Blazek Diagnostic & Automotive Repair was created in 2003 and has been growing ever since. Why? We believe it is because we are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional customer service, high quality repairs at a reasonable price, and the convenience we offer.
I attended ISU and graduated in 1993 from their automotive program. I went on to apprentice under one of the best technicians in the area at Roundtree Chevrolet. I learned drivability and electrical and fell in love with both. I am ASE, L1 certified, which is the highest certification one can attain in our field. I love Darcy’s passionate and caring heart for other women and people who don’t know much if anything about their vehicle. We strive to be ethical, honest, and fair in all of our practices.
Tony and I have been in business since November of 2004. I came into this field with zero knowledge of how vehicles worked. Prior to meeting my husband, Tony, I was taken advantage of by shops in this area quite often. I had no male advocate in my life to keep that from happening. For that reason, it has become my passion to protect and advocate for people who aren’t educated about their vehicles, especially women and single Moms. I love coming to work every day, visiting with our clients, and educating our clients on the best way to make their vehicles last. Tony and I have 5 children, and just had our seventh grand child. We have both lived in Boise since the late 80’s and love Idaho.
The automotive industry and vehicles in general fascinate me, and in the wise words of Rick Bobby, “I wanna go fast!” I enjoy long walks on the beach and I LOVE my job!
I have lived in Boise most of my life. I enjoy fishing, swimming, camping, bicycle riding, and most outdoor activities. I spent quite a bit of my free time continuing my education in any areas that interest me and automotive in particular.
Motor sports of all kinds has always been a passion of mine. Starting out with building and racing drag cars, to the newest technology of today’s automotive industry, has to keep one always willing to learn and stay motivated to succeed. When I am not working you can find me in the outdoors with family and friends. I enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, riding side by sides, or doing anything really that allows my family to enjoy what Idaho has to offer. I native to Idaho and spend a lot of time cheering on my kids in the various sports they participate in.
I have always had an interest in cars, especially the classics. When my husband was studying for his ASE certification, I became his study partner and I learned quite a bit from that. Now I expect to increase my knowledge even further in this ever changing field. I enjoy camping, biking, cornhole, and barbeques. I am moved here from out of state and am very excited to explore more of Idaho!
